The Girls’ Golf team are working hard and staying focused on their personal game. They win some and they lose some, but that doesn't hinder the ability for the team to grow closer together and become stronger athletes. Coach Pike says “the girls have been consistently showing up and putting in the hard work at practices and matches.” He notices and appreciates the girls’ camaraderie and the team effort.

Coach Pike says that the team has improved by getting better at playing together as a whole instead of just playing as individual athletes. Their genuine friendship and good chemistry is evident; they don’t just hang out during golf because they're on a team together, but instead are actually friends and make an effort to hang out outside of school. The general team goal is to score below a score of 250, and so far they've been pretty successful.

Some big moments for the team occurred when Natalie made a very long putt, about 30 feet for a par! Another moment is when Lexie made a chip in birdie! Some top scores this season are Zoey, with a score of 46. Lexie also successfully scored a 49 and Lorayne a 51. The captains of the golf team are Lexie and Lorayne. Overall, the golf team has had a very successful season so far as they have grown together as athletes and young women, and their coach is very proud of them!
